Policy for handling your data

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

I. Processing of personal data

a) Data processing in case of using the contact form or inquiry by e-mail

 

If you inquire about my services, I will work with your contact details that you write to me. These are: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your requirements or questions, or any other data you leave me in your enquiry.

For what reason?

I will contact you through them for our further arrangement. 

 

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract negotiation and performance. 

 

How long will I process the personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, I will process your data for a maximum of 12 months from our last communication.

 

 

b) Processing of personal data in case of contractual cooperation

 

If you decide to cooperate with me, I will work with the data you fill in the order or cooperation agreement. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, data relating to the services ordered or data about you that you provide to me in order for me to provide you with the service. 

 

For what reason?

I need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to provide you with the agreed products and services. 

 

I will also communicate with you via your contact details. 

 

I will also process the personal data for the fulfilment of my obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints, etc.).

 

On what legal basis do I process personal data?

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of legal obligations.

 

How long will I process the personal data?

For the duration of the supply of the service and thereafter for 10 years from the last time the service or product was supplied.

 

 

c) Telephone contact

 

If you are my clients and you have not prohibited me from doing so, I may contact you by telephone to check your satisfaction with my services or to offer you further services.

 

On what legal basis?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing on the basis of so-called legitimate interest.    

 

How long will I process the personal data?

For the duration of our cooperation and thereafter for a maximum of 10 years after the last provision of the service. You can object to such processing of your personal data at any time.

II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data stays with me. However, I do have some companies or individuals working for me who get access to the data because they help me run my business. These are:

 

  • web development tool provider, Wix.com LTD, Yunitsman 5, Tel Aviv, Israel, VAT ID: EU442008451

  • emailing and cloud serviceprovider, Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Velasco, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, VAT ID: IE3668997OH

  • external legal, accounting and other consulting services

  • subcontractors of freelance assistance, marketing and IT services

 

Personal data remains in the territory of the European Union, with the exception of instruments located in the USA and Israel. However, I only include those that have joined the Data Privacy Framework.

III. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

I do not have a designated Data Protection Officer. 

I do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling when working with personal data.

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact me and ask for information about what personal data I process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, you can request a copy of the personal data processed, request that I delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. Consents granted are revocable at any time and you can object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest. 

If you believe that I am not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take your claims to court.
